By accessing or using Legacy Odyssey ("the Service"), operated by DOR Industries ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Legacy Odyssey is a subscription-based platform that enables users to create digital baby books and family photo albums hosted on custom domains or subdomains. The Service includes a mobile application, web-based book viewer, photo storage, and domain management.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Legacy Odyssey offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
Custom domain registration requires a one-time setup fee. Domain renewals are included in your ongoing subscription at no additional cost.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service, including photos, text, stories, and other materials ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for marketing or other purposes without your explicit consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Books published through the Service are protected by a password that you set. You are responsible for sharing this password only with people you want to have access to your book. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised passwords.
If you purchase a custom domain through the Service, the domain is registered on your behalf through our domain registrar partner. Domain registration is subject to the registrar's terms and conditions. We manage DNS configuration and SSL certificates for your domain as part of the Service.
If your subscription is canceled, your custom domain will remain registered until its expiration date, but the website hosted on it will no longer be accessible through the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at help@legacyodyssey.com. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to export your content. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
You have the right to request an export of your data at any time by contacting us at help@legacyodyssey.com. We will provide your data in a standard format within a reasonable timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Odyssey and DOR Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOR Industries and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
